Returns Policy Overview
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important: Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, pending manufacturer approval of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Customers are responsible for return freight charges.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email connect@zellyx.com with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please follow these steps:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
- Next, contact your bank as additional time may be needed to post refunds
- If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at connect@zellyx.com
Sale Items
Please Note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items or products sold "As Is" cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email connect@zellyx.com before sending the product back.
Return Shipping
To return your product, contact connect@zellyx.com to receive the appropriate return shipping address.
Important Shipping Information:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, return shipping fees may be deducted from the total amount refunded
- Shipping time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location
High-Value Items: If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
