It is your responsibility to review this Shipping Policy each time you place an order to ensure you are aware of any changes or updates.

Order Processing and Delivery

Shipping charges, when available, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Domestic U.S. delivery typically takes3–8 business days after processing.

Business Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (ET)

Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and our fulfillment centers. We currently ship only within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, contact us at connect@zellyx.com.

Order Issues and Tracking

If your order is missing, damaged, or you need an exchange, contact connect@zellyx.com immediately. Delays in reporting may affect eligibility for resolution.

Tracking details will be sent via email upon shipment. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking to update. If you did not receive tracking details, email us at connect@zellyx.com.

Taxes

Applicable sales and nexus taxes will be charged based on your jurisdiction.

Re-Ordering Guidelines

💡 Recommendation: We recommend placing a reorder when half of your inventory is used to prevent delays and ensure uninterrupted availability.

Shipping Methods

Every order is reviewed to ensure optimal shipping conditions.

*Hawaii Customers: Add one additional business day to standard delivery timelines.

Large Quantity Orders

We will contact you directly to coordinate delivery and shipping for bulk orders. Some items may require extended lead times. We'll inform you promptly of any delays.

Future Delivery Requests

To schedule a future shipment, please contact connect@zellyx.com during business hours (M–F, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET).

Returns

For defective items, contact connect@zellyx.com with product details and the nature of the issue.

Unattended Packages

Important: If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave the package at your door. ZELLYX is not responsible for loss or damage due to theft or weather once the package is delivered.

PO Boxes and APO Addresses

Please Note: Our carriers do not deliver to PO or APO boxes. Please provide a valid street address for all orders.

International Shipping

At this time, ZELLYX does not offer international shipping.

Observed Holidays (No Shipping)

ZELLYX observes the following U.S. holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these dates:

  • New Year's Day – January 1, 2025
  • Memorial Day – May 26, 2025
  • Independence Day – July 4, 2025
  • Labor Day – September 1, 2025
  • Thanksgiving Day – November 27, 2025
  • Christmas Day – December 25, 2025

Unanticipated Events

ZELLYX is not liable for service disruptions or delivery failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, courier disruptions, infrastructure failures, or any unforeseen events.

Continuity Clause

If any part of this agreement is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
